We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team. As a real estate consultant, your main responsibility will be to increase sales volumes and ensure inventory within the secondary market. In this role, you will work closely with potential buyers and sellers, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand and cater to their Real Estate needs.
- Gather, provide and explain details of current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements and similar information.
- Assist in selling clients with pricing based on current market values.
- Assist clients in staging properties for sale, hosts open houses and other promotional events.
- Assist purchasing clients with identifying properties that meet their needs based on location, size, price, amenities, and other characteristics.
- Show properties to clients by generating client meetings ensuring successful deal closures.
- Develops and maintains positive and long term relationship with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales, contracts, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to guarantee client satisfaction and foster future business opportunities.

- Deep knowledge of the local real estate market and key transaction areas.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients (both buyers and sellers) and key industry professionals.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
