• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand developer partnerships and project pipelines in target markets.

• Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities within Europe and Indonesia, focusing on real estate developers and project investments.
• Prospect for new investment opportunities by identifying global real estate developments that align with client investment criteria and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate clients seeking real estate investment opportunities.
• Drive business development efforts to expand client base and generate new investment opportunities.
